On My Mind

It is hard to believe we are 10 plus years into our Spirit of Women program here in Allegan!  I am deeply proud of all of the awesome programs and initiatives we have been able to offer.

However, there are times I would like to connect with our community members in a different way - and every once in a while I feel inspired to write a blog. Sometimes it is health inspired, sometimes it is inspired by a person and sometimes it comes from a personal place. The goal of my blog writings are to leave you thinking about your own lives. Life can be heavy and hard at times, but it can also be light and wonderful. What can we do to bring more joy, better health and overall improved outlook into all of our lives?
