At Ascension, we value listening to our patients and their families to hear where we did well and where we may need to improve. We encourage you to give us your feedback, make a suggestion, ask a question, or share a compliment or concern you may have about the care or service you received.

For immediate assistance, please speak with your care provider or ask to speak with the department director/manager. You or your representative may also direct any feedback to our Patient Experience department at 269-226-5210. A Patient Experience Representative is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. If calling after hours or on weekends, leave a message for a call back the next business day.
